Pigeon Top Flowers is a boutique flower farm and floral design studio in Free Union, Virginia. Growing specialty blooms and foliage for weddings, events, and celebrations, the owner invited us to visit the farm and capture the beauty of her flower fields and some of her inspired creations. We took an editorial approach to photographing the farmer at work, while also providing styled images for the farm’s online store. We made sure to focus on small details like the abundant pollinators and dewy petals to give viewers a sense of the healthy, thriving environment on the farm.
